Industrial Fume Hood

Material required for construction:

High quality electro galvanized Steel of 20 swg (Tata / Jindal Make) outer and inner shell finished with Epoxy Polyester Powder coating (structure finish). 

Finish

 Epoxy polyester powder coated structure finish80-100 microns.

Door

 20G GI sheet metal frame fixed with 6 mm toughened glass on the outer frame. Single vertical sliding balanced with counter weights. The weights sliding on steel wire rope.

Power By

Fume Hood requires a suction action. For effective suction of the Fumes and smoke a 8 single phase imported acid proof poly propylene blower.

Ducting:

Ducting is made of thick rigid PVC pipe with 250 x 6mm thick. The length of the duct is 10 feet which should be attached to the fume hood.  The length may have to be enhanced for which extra change is levied. (Rs. 1800 per meter)

Impeller: Dynamically balanced polypropylene impeller is installed with the blower.

Work Floors:

Work flooring surface with black granite (18 to 20 mm thick)

Electricity provision:

2 nos of 5/16 amps electrical socket cum control switch are installed.

Handles:   Flush Handles.
